Overview

A decade before Brave Controls and Engineering was born in 1995, its founder was serving the engineering and manufacturing community of General Motors as a Systems Engineer with Ross Perot’s Electronic Data Systems. He began creating engineered solutions for the food industry by working for a large engineering services company.

His business partner spent more than a dozen years at the Post Cereals Division of Kraft Foods. Here she held various positions in Plant and Division Engineering and then spent seven years as Plant Engineering Supervisor for a team of thirteen engineers who served the needs of three production buildings and all packaging initiatives for the entire plant.

Since 1995 Brave Controls and Engineering has implemented value-based quality solutions for a wide variety of customers across North America. Cost savings and operational efficiencies usually fund our efforts.

Our goal at Brave Controls and Engineering is to strike a perfect balance among the interests of our customers, our business and our employees. The potential for maximizing the success and well being for all three is both our passion and our vision for a secure future. This triumvirate is the foundation of our corporate culture and a gauge for holding ourselves accountable.

Fear no challenge
